What fun! The author does a great job of categorizing the little things that all lead up to a happier life. From Tip#1 - the little voice - which I have learned to listen to in my own life, to Tip #38 to adding some Vitamin "H" to my favorite of all Tip #99 to add five minutes, this book is full of great "little" ideas. I already do a lot of them so I agree they lead to a healthier life, but we all need a reminder as we can sometimes fall off track. Thanks for these fun and gentle nudges all packaged so beautifully in this quick and easy read.

Adorable book! It is all about little things in life that make a big difference. Incorporating little changes daily will be a lot easier than making big changes all at once. This book nicely captures little things to incorporate when it comes to health, fitness, life in general. An easy read and very practical! I can see how this book could change lives.

I love how Martie reminds us with her "loving" words how some of the little things that we tend to forget about are important details to find our inner peace and tranquility.
